To register, please print and send the form below to Walter Knott Elementary, Car Show for Classes 7300 La Palma Ave. Buena Park, CA 90620. Make check payable to Walter Knott PTA for $20.00 per vehicle. (checks must be received by May 10,2009 or pay at gate)

ROLL IN TIME IS 8am-10:30am NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS!! Displays welcome but must be cleaned up No Refunds Please no reckless driving All vehicles must be escorted in to show grounds Have a fun and safe show! |
