1st Annual Car Show for Classes

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

 

We would like to invite you to the 1st Annual Car Show for Classes on Sunday, May 17th, 2009. It will be hosted by the Walter Knott Elementary School PTA, with all proceeds benefiting the Walter Knott students. The event will be held at the school, located on 7300 La Palma Avenue in Buena Park.

 

This show will be free admission to the public and a minimal registration fee to show a car, truck or motorcycle.  We also plan to have a kid’s bike parade, games, raffles, and a silent auction. It will be great fun for the whole family.

 

We’d like to offer you the opportunity to set up a display booth to promote your products at NO cost to you. We are also in need of sponsors to donate their products or services for a raffle, or monetary donations that may be used to purchase prizes, food or other supplies for our Car Show. In turn we will promote your products at the event (pamphlets, flyers, brochures and/or your banners) and on our website’s sponsor page. The Walter Knott PTA is a non-profit volunteer organization, so all donations are tax deductible.  

 

We hope you will consider this proposal, as a no cost investment in your company and a worthwhile project for your community and our children’s future.  Our current sponsors include Royal Purple Oil, Damzl Energy Drink, Doug Thorley Headers and more. If your company would like to be part of this year’s event or you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via phone, email or mail. Please have booth requests, products and/or literature to us no later than May 4th, 2009, so we can handle your items properly.
